SES, the world”s leading provider of satellite services has embarked on a knowledge networking program using IBM Connections as their new Digital Workplace. SES Connect is the name given to this exciting new “digital workplace” that will allow for smarter online working.
Based on an online collaboration survey to better assess how information was currently being retrieved and shared across the company, a decision on the right-fit business solution for SES and the final choice of platform was made. The SES Digital Workplace project team, comprised of colleagues from the IT, HR, and Internal Communications departments, was then able to define the design of SES”s new digital workplace platform: Connections, Docs, Sametime Watson search, XCC intranet, and integration in Notes, desktop and mobile access.
We will demonstrate an executive video, communication material, and how we did scenario training in HR”s Momentum classroom sessions that began in April 2016.
