Neil Santos (IBM)

Neil has been with IBM since 2000 where he started with Lotus Professional Services engaging in numerous customer-facing engagements in application and architectural design, programming, product installation /configuration, and testing. In 2005, he moved to the Toronto Lab to participate within a worldwide, distributed software development team where he helped develop product add-on’s and tooling to help bridge gaps between cross-brand IBM software products. In 2009 he joined IBM’s Global Technology Services and gained some valuable infrastructure and operational experience in WebSphere by leading various troubleshooting and maintenance engagements . In 2011, he came back to the Lotus brand in the role of Technical Sales Specialist, where he participated and witnessed the resurgence of IBM’s social collaboration products within the marketplace and now continues to support Messaging and Collaboration software within the Accelerated Value Program.
